The Masses like to cry wolf
“Most of us like to cry wolf without trying to chase them off ourselves”
Many of us while growing up as children were given essential care or needs from our parents, supported us through school, giving us the right kind of support (mentally, physically and emotionally) but when it was time for transitioning in to adulthood, most of our parents failed to prepare us for the harsh realities of the adulthood season, some of us might learn the hard way and get back up on our feet but most of us will inevitably never recover because our minds were trained to always rely on some kind of support system;most of us were trained always to cry wolf whenever the wolf came around to destroy our sheep instead of us to take the initiative and get a weapon(resources) to fight off these wolves of life and by wolves I mean lack of finances, joblessness, recklessness. A couple of months ago, some acquaintances and I were having a discussion and he said “Freedom could also mean extreme bondage when you don’t know what to do with it” and then it hit me; as adults we have free will to do as we please but what we decide to invest our time in is entirely up to us.
Time waits for no man;rich or poor, you sit down and shut your eyes for a few moments and everything might come crashing down but if you stay alert and always have an arsenal ready to attack the wolves trying to get your sheep then you would have power and assurance over your life, it is what separates the wealthy and the poor. Never stop learning. NEVER!.
